Change your Thinking
and Change your Life
Peter knows sports and what it takes to become a winning athlete. As a track star from Olympic College, WA and the University of Washington, Peter Dufour won a Silver Medal in the 400 meters and a Bronze Medal anchoring the 4 man 1600 meter relay, at the Pacific Conference Championship Games, held in Berkley California.
Peter has a proven track record in helping amateur and professional athletes in developing peak performance — whatever their sport may be.
Peter utilizes a unique combination of sports psychology, Advanced self-hypnosis, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and a life-long belief that “With consistent practice, whatever you positively imagine, ardently desire, and sincerely believe, will result in a winning outcome.” There are no limitations, everyone has this ability.
He also believes that through the use of Brain Wave Technologies, (researched at Harvard and UCLA Medical Schools), an athlete can overcome negative thoughts, enhance mental energy, and maintain a high focus on winning, never on failing.
Larry Bird (Boston Celtics) once said; “I never remember missing a shot.” His focus was always on success - never on failing. That's the hallmark of a true champion.
Amateur and professional athletes can benefit from training their mind-body system to improve performance through the use of self-hypnosis and visualization.
Practicing visualization allows the athlete to break down the smallest part of their performance that replays in their minds over and over again until they get their peak performance just right. Visualization or mental rehearsal has long been a part of elite sports, but the practice of mentally simulating competition has become increasingly sophisticated.
